Terms of Use

These terms were written in English. Translations are provided for convenience; if a translation and the English version conflict, the English version applies. Read it in English.
1. Agreement
By using this website or an AIsier app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. AIsier Inc. is a Delaware, USA company ("AIsier", "we"). Individual products may publish additional product terms; where they exist, they apply together with these.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account in an AIsier app. Where the law in your region sets a higher minimum age, that age applies. By accepting these terms you confirm that you meet that age requirement. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will close it and delete the associated data. We record the date and time you accepted the terms, together with your account, so that both you and we have a record of the version you agreed to.
3. Our products
Each product has its own page and, where needed, its own product terms:
AIsier Investment Assistant: In short: the app provides AI-generated, educational summaries of market data. Nothing in it is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any asset. Past performance does not indicate future results. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. The app does not hold funds, execute trades or request withdrawal permissions.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid features are sold as subscriptions through the Apple App Store, Google Play or, on the web, Stripe, and as one-time credit packs in the mobile apps or on the web. Credits you buy in a pack do not expire. Prices are always shown before you purchase and may vary by region. Renewal, cancellation and refunds follow the rules of the store you bought through; the product terms describe the exact plans.
5. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service: no attempts to circumvent usage limits, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or use the website or the apps for unlawful purposes. Fair-use limits apply to AI features.
6. Third-party data and content
Market data comes from third-party providers and may be delayed or inaccurate. News headlines link to their original sources and belong to their publishers. AI-generated text can contain errors.
7. Intellectual property
The AIsier name, logos, apps and website content belong to AIsier Inc. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, except as needed to use the products as intended.
8. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by nature survive termination (disclaimers, limitations) survive.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website and the apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIsier Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including investment losses, arising from their use.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page and, for app users, in the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
