You can delete your AIsier Investment Assistant account and its data at any time. This page shows how, and what happens to your data.
Delete it in the app
- Open AIsier Investment Assistant and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Account → Permanently delete my account.
- Confirm with your password. If your account has no password, enter the 6-digit code we send to your e-mail address, or sign in again with Apple or Google.
Your account and its data are deleted immediately and permanently. This cannot be undone.
Can't open the app?
Send an e-mail to privacy@aisier.ai from the e-mail address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We check that the request comes from the account owner, delete the account and confirm by e-mail within 30 days.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, otherwise the store may keep charging you. A subscription bought on our website is cancelled automatically when you delete your account.
What is deleted
- Your account details: e-mail address, username, language, currency, time zone, country and app preferences, and the date you accepted the Terms.
- Your portfolio: assets, quantities, purchase prices and transactions.
- Your analyses, saved analyses, favorites and watchlist, and your chat with the in-app assistant.
- Price and portfolio alerts, notification settings and push notification tokens.
- Exchange connections and their read-only API keys.
- Your credit balances, including credits you bought, and your game points. Unused credits cannot be restored after deletion.
- Feedback you sent us. Links you shared stop working.
What we keep, and for how long
- Copies in our encrypted database backups are overwritten within 30 days.
- Diagnostic and service logs are no longer linked to your account and are deleted after 90 days at the latest.
- Anonymous measurements we use to check the quality of our analyses (an internal signal code and a price, with no personal content) are kept without any link to you.
- Payment records are kept by Apple, Google Play or Stripe under their own policies. We never store your card details.
- E-mails you send us are kept for as long as needed to answer you and keep a record.
Screenshots, chat attachments and voice recordings are never kept: they are processed and discarded.
Delete some data without deleting your account
In the app you can delete individual holdings, alerts, exchange connections, saved analyses, favorites and notifications at any time. To have other specific data deleted, write to privacy@aisier.ai.
